Computers and Video Games

February 10, 2013: Our Cub Scout Pack went to the Microsoft Store in the mall for a computer and video games clinic. We had a great turn out, 18 out of 19 boys went to the clinic. So yes, the store was full of scouts :). They each got either a laptop or the new surface to work on. The guy leading the clinic taught them tons of stuff about computers and video games. When the presentation was over each boy got a scavenger hunt list and got to go out into the store to search for clues. They had to use different computers and learn stuff about phones and video games. They had a blast. When it was over, Microsoft awarded every boy a Microsoft patch (very cool). Our Pack awarded every boy a computer and a video game beltloop at the following Pack meeting. What a fun day with fellow scouts! Thank you Microsoft for hosting us!

When the boys go into the public they usually wear their uniform. I think they all look so handsome in their uniforms!

They even had a worksheet to fill in and had to turn it in.

They each created a background for their desktop. This is what Z created.
